UX Audit
A comprehensive evaluation of your website, with prioritized recommendations for improvement.
Are you unsure what is working well on your website, what may be limiting results, or where your strongest opportunities for improvement exist?
A UX Audit is a structured review of your website and key customer journeys. I evaluate the experience through the lens of your visitors’ needs, established usability principles, and your business goals to identify barriers, opportunities, and practical improvements to prioritize.
UX Audit starting at: $3,500
A UX Audit can help if:
Your website is not generating the engagement, inquiries, bookings, or sales you expect.
You know the experience could improve but are unsure which issues deserve attention first.
You are considering a redesign and want to identify necessary changes before investing.
Your website has grown over time and now feels inconsistent or difficult to navigate.
You want an expert assessment rather than relying on assumptions about visitor needs.
You have several potential improvements in mind and need a practical way to set priorities.
How it works
Start With A Discovery Call: We’ll begin with a 30-minute video call to discuss your organization, website, audience, and goals. This conversation provides the context needed to focus the audit on the areas that matter most to your visitors and the outcomes you want your website to support.
Confirm The Scope: After our call, I’ll send a proposal that outlines the recommended scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. The proposal will identify the website areas and customer journeys included in the audit, so you'll know exactly what the work covers. Once you approve the proposal and submit payment, I’ll schedule and begin the audit.
Review The Website Experience: I’ll evaluate the agreed-upon pages, navigation, content, calls to action, and key customer journeys. I’ll identify issues and opportunities, document supporting examples, and prioritize recommendations by their likely impact on visitor experience and business goals.
Receive Your UX Audit Report: You’ll receive a written report that explains the findings, why they matter, and what to address next. The report includes supporting screenshots, examples, and actionable recommendations for future website updates.
Review The Findings Together: We’ll conclude with a 60-minute video call. I’ll walk you through the findings and priorities, answer your questions, and help you determine the most practical next steps for your website.
What you'll receive
Your UX Audit includes:
An expert evaluation of your website and agreed-upon customer journeys.
Key UX findings and improvement opportunities.
Prioritized recommendations.
Supporting screenshots and examples where helpful.
A written UX Audit report you can reference and share with your team.
A 60-minute findings and recommendations call.
Each audit is tailored to the areas of your website and customer journey that are most relevant to your visitors and business goals.
More than a list of UX issues
A UX Audit should provide direction, not simply a list of observations.
You’ll understand what is happening across your website experience, why it matters to your visitors and business goals, and where to focus your time and resources first.
The result is a practical roadmap for making purposeful website improvements.
Identify what to improve before investing In A Website Redesign
You do not need to base a website redesign on assumptions.
A UX Audit helps you identify where your website supports visitors, where barriers may be getting in their way, and which changes should take priority before you invest in a larger redesign.

-
Each UX Audit includes an evaluation of the agreed-upon website areas and customer journeys, key UX findings, prioritized recommendations, supporting screenshots and examples, a written report, and a 60-minute findings and recommendations call.
The exact scope is confirmed in your proposal before work begins.
-
The audit focuses on the pages, navigation, content, calls to action, and customer journeys most relevant to your goals. Depending on the scope, that may include your homepage, service or product pages, about page, contact or inquiry process, booking path, lead-generation flow, or other priority areas.
During the discovery call, we’ll discuss your website, audience, and goals so I can recommend the most useful areas to include.
-
UX Audits start at $3,500, depending on your website’s size, complexity, key customer journeys, and the scope of the review.
After our discovery call, you’ll receive a proposal that outlines the exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed project fee before any work begins.

The timeline depends on the agreed scope and the availability of any materials needed for the review. Most audits are completed within two to four weeks after the scope is confirmed and payment is received.
Your proposal will include a project timeline and the date you can expect to receive your report and findings call.
-
No. A UX Audit is an expert review based on your visitors’ likely needs, established usability principles, and your business goals. It identifies likely barriers and opportunities without recruiting or observing participants.
Usability testing answers a different question: how representative users actually behave while completing specific tasks. If testing would be valuable for your goals, I can help you determine the right next step or scope it separately.
-
No. A UX Audit is a diagnostic and strategic service. It identifies what should improve and provides direction for making changes, but it does not include redesign concepts, wireframes, copywriting, development, or implementation.
If you need support after the audit, we can discuss an ongoing UX Advisory or another appropriate next step. Separating diagnosis from implementation is common in audit work because the audit’s purpose is to assess the current experience and establish priorities first.
-
A UX Audit is a good fit if you want a broader assessment of your website or a key customer journey, need help identifying issues you may not yet know about, or want to set priorities before making larger website changes.
